Overview
One of the lesser-known game reserves in Tanzania, Tarangire national park rivals the Serengeti in its great number and diversity of wildlife. It is a good choice for travelers who wish to encounter more animals and less tourists while on safari. The Tarangire is known as a wonderful birding destination and also features large numbers of game, particularly during the dry season, when the Tarangire River is the only source of water in the area. The landscape is of particular interest too, due to the high number of scenic baobab trees.
Entering Tarangire main gate you will have short registration that last approximately 20 minutes. Immediately after registrations will immerse to parks for game drive and have the real experience of African wildlife.
You will see old baobab tree widespread all over the park with erect termite mound other are active and others turns to home of warthogs and mongoose. Just stretch out the car with pop up roof spot wildlife and stunning feature of the park. Take binocular for distant items, our guide will help to describe each and every act of species available.
At noon around 1.00pm you will stop at picnic site selected by driver guide, enjoy are lunch packed in lunch boxes while experiences beautiful Tarangire nature.
After lunch with short break you will have last evening game drive before heading to main gate for check out and back to Arusha.
