For clients who have experienced the wonders of Tanzania's safaris or trekked Mount Kilimanjaro with us, this Rwanda Gorilla Trekking experience is the perfect extension to your African adventure. Just a short flight away from Tanzania, Rwanda offers an unforgettable wildlife experience in the heart of Volcanoes National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas.

ITINERARY

Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our expert guide. After a brief safari briefing, you will embark on a scenic drive to Volcanoes National Park. Along the way, enjoy a short city tour that includes a visit to the poignant Kigali Genocide Memorial. You’ll then check in at the luxurious Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel, your home for the night.
Your day begins early with breakfast before heading to Volcanoes National Park for an unforgettable gorilla trekking experience. After a brief at the park’s headquarters, you will set off to track one of the habituated gorilla families, a thrilling and intimate wildlife encounter. You may also spot other primates along the trek. Afterward, you will return to your hotel to relax and reflect on your once-in-a-lifetime experience, either at Virunga Inn or back at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel.

After breakfast, you'll drive back to Kigali, taking in the scenic views along the way. Depending on your flight time, you’ll have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing before heading to Kigali International Airport for your departure flight back home or to Arusha.

    Unbelievable 5 day of safari, experience for lifetime. 5 stars 🌟 lol

    We had a 5 day safari to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro NP. The lodges were we were staying were wonderful, the meals too. Our driver Hillary was so smart and he took us to the best spots to see all animals that are possible to see, even rhinos. It was a lifetime experience for us, 5 stars 🌟

    A wonferful and unforgettable chimpanzees safari in Mahale Mountains

    My partner and I had the great opportunity to go on a chimpanzee safari in the Mahale Mountains. We are delighted. It was an extraordinary experience! Everything was extremely well organized and went perfectly. Communication with Joseph was very easy: he always responded quickly to my many questions and did everything to meet our expectations. We had the opportunity to design an itinerary together that matched our wishes.

    Well coordinated, great guides, and support staff.

    Tanzania Inside and Safari arranged our 8-day climb to Mt. Kilimanjaro on the Rongai Route. The guides were experienced, considerate and compassionate. The chef and waiter were great at make sure our meals were nutritious and wholesome every meal. The tent team and the porters were excellent too: always on time and perfectly set every day. On the summit day, Andrew, the guide, was the reason a team member who was unlikely to make it made it to Uhuru Peak, made it.

    An Unforgettable Journey – Highly Recommended!
